i’m very attached to my muses. that means, i want to see them grow. i want to see their personalities expand far beyond that which was provided in canon ( or, if they’re an oc, i want to see their personalities cultivate beyond anything i’d ever planned out for them ). i want to be amazed by my muse when they do something i never thought they’d ever do. i want to be surprised. i follow them through their relationships with other muses, i watch them develop. when a muse that my muse cares about disappears, i feel the hit just like my muse does. this is nothing against the other muse, and nothing against the mun. i grow very attached to my muses; they become my best friends. they become a part of me.

i ship CHEMISTRY. therefore, if i feel there is no chemistry between my character & yours, then i will most likely not ship a romantic ship with you. guilt tripping me into shipping with you does NOT work. if i say that i do not want to ship with you because i do not see chemistry between our characters, then that is the end of it. i’ll of course try to discuss other things, like platonic ships, brotps, enemies- stuff like that. but if you consistently decide to pester me about shipping a romantic ship with you AFTER i have specified that i do not wish to ship our characters- then i will most likely be weary about rping with you, or won’t want to all together.
please, for the love of god, be considerate about the other mun when you are discussing a ship. if they say no, yes, it might upset you, but there is no reason for trying to guilt trip them into shipping with you. if they are not comfortable with it, and you keep forcing it, you will most likelt scare them off.
so- be respectful of other muns & their comfort zones when it comes to shipping.

More often than not, I have come across RPers in the community who seem uncomfortable, nervous, anxious, or who will downright refuse to RP with male muns because it’s “creepy”, “wrong”, and a whole slew of other unfounded, bases bullshit.
Male muns have as much right to RP on Tumblr as do female muns, as do anyone else.
Trust me when I say there IS a lot of hate tossed at male RPers on here.
There are male muns? Where? *looks into the crowd* Come find me!
